Residential Home Plan Design Design

Initial Meeting:
At our first meeting, you will discuss your thoughts with a designer  or a member of our drafting department. Please bring any pictures, sketches or floor plan ideas you have already found. After leaving, our drafting office we will translate your ideas into a computerized drawing.  Your preliminary drawing will be presented, showing you a floor plan and elevations of all sides of the building.  A 3D color rendering can be provided if requested.
Our Bill Rate is $50 hr a typical plan can cost upward of $800.00 to $1,500.00 Our home plan library offers you a very good starting place.
